Hitchens Decorating was contacted by the Bamfords last year to do some interior work. Job done. A few months later, the Bamfords contacted us again to price a full exterior repaint of their two-story home.
We advised and helped with scaffolding contractors, prep washing contractors and gave advice over best exterior coating systems.
Green light for go, we wrapped their lovely home in a full elastomeric high solids coating system. Since we provide only the best full living life systems, we then finished this high solid membrane with a full exterior premium grade acrylic.
All battens where fully jointed with premium grade, modified silicone, MS as we call it in the construction trades.
Why? Well by providing these premium bench mark systems to our clients, “situation dependent”, we leave our clients comfortable in the knowledge that no moisture/water can ever gain access into their loved investment. Meaning the exterior materials will not break down.
The Bamfords will need not worry about forking out for scaffold access in a very long time.
